BioThane cleans easily with warm water and a mild detergent. Using a sponge can help lift dirt and small particles from the surface. As a best practice, you should always dry your gear to remove excess moisture before storing.

When dealing with brass, you may see some discoloration known as patina. This is a natural process caused by oxidation and is non-destructive. Prolonged water use is a main cause of this process which is why we recommend drying your gear after use in water.

A fancy BioThane dog collar is a collar that has embellishments of some sort on it. We have several options for adding embellishments to collars, such as Swarovski crystals, other crystal type embellishments, and metal embellishments. These collars typically have all the embellishments hand pressed into them.

Yes, customers can order fancy collars by making an appointment so we can start the design. There is a $50 fee for setting up the design appointment and that will be applied to the collar on the invoice.

All pricing will be discussed during the design appointment. All invoices must be paid before any orders will be made.

We do stock a lot of different options for UV printed dog gear. We can order anything that is available from the business who we purchase our UV BioThane from.

We prefer not to recommend sizes since we do not have personal knowledge of your pet. Consulting with vet, breeder, or trainer would give you the best results for sizing.

We do allow dogs in the store for sizing as well.

We offer ground transportation for dogs that cannot fly due to breed restrictions, weather embargos, dogs exceed height/weight limitations, etc.

Any dogs can be booked with our services with the exceptions of aggressive dogs, dogs that cannot fit within a 500 series kennel for the transport time frame, dogs that are medically too sick to travel, etc.

We have a ground transportation contract that must be filled out & submitted back to us.

Your dog(s) must be microchipped. We will also need a health certificate within 10 days of travel, copies of Rabies vaccination records, and all documents must have the dog(s) microchip information matching.
